We specialize in design services for custom new builds, renovations, furnishing projects and refreshes.

We are often hired before, or at the same time as builders and general contractors. But, hiring me at the beginning of your project means I can serve as your advocate throughout the process to ensure your vision comes to life.

Design concept based on your vision and the mandates of the project.
Personal design consultation including inventory of existing furnishings, paint and finishing suggestions, and budget estimates
Design Presentation complete with renderings, tear sheets, and samples
Recommendations list of my preferred trade and vendor partnerships
The hiring of and ongoing communication with applicable trades and vendors
Procurement, purchasing, and tracking of all furnishings
Inspection, storage, and white glove delivery of furnishings
Accessory purchasing and styling
Commissioned art procurement
Regular project status updates and site check

Color Consultations:

From New Construction to Existing Residential

ECID Color Consultation is a one hour working session perfect for clients who need assistance in choosing paint colors & pallets for the exterior / or the interior of their home. This consultation includes: a personal needs assessment, short info on color theory & current color trends, and personalized color suggestions.

After the consultation, you will receive a list of my recommended color and finish suggestions based on our appointment, and a list of my trusted painting contractors. You will also learn more about ECID's services for future projects.

Exterior Color Consultations $350

Personal Design Consultation:

The personal design consultation is a working session, up to two hours, where we will partner with you to develop your design aesthetic, create an inventory of current furnishings, take measurements and photos of the space, make the finish and paint color suggestions, offer design ideas/inspiration, and answer your design questions.

After the consultation, you will receive the following for one room, an overall design concept, inspirational images, a suggested room layout, and a design scheme with up to five stoppable links.

Personal Consultation Fee : $1,000

New Builds - hourly meetings:

As a designer that has previously worked in new home construction, design meetings with clients are important.

These are the meetings where you choose your cabinets, countertops, flooring, plumbing, paint and other important finishes. This service is perfect for clients who would like a designer to come into builder meetings during the construction process to help choose the finishes of their home.

These meetings are billed hourly, and can be scheduled as many times as needed during your building process.

New Build Meetings Fee: $150
