Fonzie Project

Located in the heart of Coldwater, Mississippi, this full interior and exterior home renovation completely transformed a traditional ranch-style house into a warm, cottage-inspired retreat filled with charm and character. The project included a full floor plan reconfiguration, thoughtfully redesigning the home for better flow, function, and everyday living while layering in vintage-inspired details, subtle color, and collected finishes throughout.

The renovation included a complete kitchen redesign and layout overhaul, pantry addition, laundry room addition, primary bedroom and custom closet addition, full bathroom renovations, furnishings, styling, and curated vintage touches throughout the home. On the exterior, the home received a full refresh with updated paint, custom front entry doors with sidelights, dutch doors, and a new awning — all designed to create a welcoming, lived-in feel that feels timeless, cozy, and deeply personal.
This project was later nationally recognized in Sherwin-Williams Stir® Online Magazine and featured across multiple design blogs throughout 2025 for its thoughtful renovation approach and layered cottage-inspired design.
